All racing and performance parts modification has its risks. Any and all parts installations completed by the customer are performed at the customers’ risk. BeastMode Performance and BeastModePerformance.com are not responsible, either implied or otherwise, for mechanical, electrical or any other failure when using after market performance parts and products. Some listed items are not legal in all states and should only be used in racing vehicles on a racing tack and never on a public highway.

Conditions

The use and/or placement of an order indicate acceptance of these terms and conditions. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names on this site are property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, sponsored by, or connected to BeastModePerformance.com. Any and all unauthorized use of materials appearing on this site may violate trademark, copyright and other applicable laws can result in criminal and/or civil penalties.

An electronic order confirmation is not our acceptance of your order nor is it confirmation of our sale. BeastMode Performance reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason we also reserve the right to, without prior notice to you, supply less than the quantity ordered and adjust your invoice accordingly. Once an online order has been placed with BeastModePerformance.com, you have entered into a contract to purchase the item and your credit card will be immediately charged. Orders are not guaranteed to ship the same day.

Payment Terms

BeastModePerformance.com accepts credit cards, Paypal payments with appropriate billing and shipping addresses to be verified. All orders are to be paid in full at the time of purchase unless we contact you otherwise. Prices and shipping cost is subject to change anytime because of exchange rates, shipping costs, manufacturer price changes, etc.

Warranty

All of our products come with the warranty that is applied directly by the manufacturer. Beast Mode Performance does not offer any of their own warranties and are not responsible for product failures or failures due to installation. All products are intended for race use only as suggested by the manufacturer and should be installed and set up by professional service centers ONLY. We are not responsible for shipping cost other then by our own mistake of incorrect shipping. The warranty should be handled by the customer and the manufacturer directly.
