Shipping and Returns
BeastMode Performance drop ships all products using UPS or FedEx. In the event that your product arrives damaged, please notify the carrier immediately (within the first 5 days after delivery) and proceed with the following: Take pictures of the damage and email the pictures to us at Info@beastmodeperformance.com. Keep the product in the original packaging. Compile a complete list of all lost or damaged items. BeastMode Performance will make contact with the shipper with all information to schedule a pick up. Once the shipping company has picked up and inspected the product, a replacement will be sent to you. DO NOT ship the product back to us.
BeastMode Performance does not refund shipping charges. In the event that a product is processed and shipped incorrectly by BeastMode Performance (after internal audit of the situation) we will arrange for pick up and replacement of the product.
When returning an item to us, please email us with all product information and reason for return; await a response before proceeding further. When shipping the items back to us, please ship in original packaging if useable. Please include: unused parts, a copy of your receipt, a copy of the return shipping receipt if available. DO NOT ship freight. We will email you any and all status updates.
We do not guarantee that our suppliers will have all products in stock at all times. In the event that a product is out of stock, we appreciate your patience while our suppliers acquire more stock and ship to you.
